Are you 9th standard ?
Use acceleration formula and solve it simple

Let the initial velocity be u and the constant acceleration be a.
1 case: displacement=15m
By s=ut+(1/2)at2
15=3u+9a/2
2case: displacement=15+33=48
By s=ut+(1/2)at2
48=6u+36a/2
24=3u+18a/2
Solving the two equations we get,
a=2m/s2
By putting this value in first equation we find u=2m/s.
