Explanation:- Given ,m = 0.3 kg ,
- x = 20cn
- and k = 15N/m
- given F = -kx _____(1)
- and F = ma _____(2)
- ∴ ma = -kx From (1) and (2)
- a = -15/0.3* 20× 10⁻²
- a = -15/3 × 2 = -10m/s²
- => Negative sign indicates that acceleration is always towards the mean position .
∴ intial acceleration , a = 10m/s² Answer
