Heya.....!!
According to the question, the particle completes Half revolution , So change in velocity I.e ( v₂ - v₁ ) , and v₁ = v₂ as speed is constant. So once the velocity vector will be = v₁ = 10m/s and after the half revolution, magnitude will be same but direction will be opposite i.e = v₂ = 10m/s , Hence :-
Change in velocity → v₂ - v₁
⇒ 10 - ( - 10 )
Answer :- \huge\boxed{20 m/s}

according to the question:
the speed remains constant hence the change in speed = 0 m/s
now the change in magnitude of velocity of the particle:
at v₁ = 10 m/s ( intially )
at v₂ = -10 m/s ( as the direction gets reversed )
hence the final answer will be : v₁ - ( - v₂ )= 20 m/s
hope it helps
