Here's your answer buddy,
V=a\ \sqrt{x}
a=\ \sqrt{4} =2a
v^2-u^2=2as       (u=0)
a=v^2/2s= (2a)^2/2*4
= 4a/4*2= a^2/2                        (acceleration)
w=f*s=ma*s
= 2*a^2/2*4
=4a^2           (answer)
