Ac = v^2/r = k^2rt^2

So

v = √ k^2r^2t^2 = krt

Now,

Tangential acceleration = dv/dt = kr

Power = Force*velocity = ma*v = m(kr)(krt) = mk^2r^2t

So

Power = mk^2 r^2 t
