kinetic energy , K = 1/2Iω² = 1/2Lω __from (I)
∴ L = 2 k/ω ______(III)
∵if angular frequency is doubled and kinetic energy halved .
∴ L' = 2(k/2)/2ω [from (III) equs]
⟹ L' = L/4 Answer
