  • v = 3t²

We have to find position of particle from origin after 2 seconds.

We know that, Instantaneous velocity of particle is given by

  • v = dx/dt

Therefore,

➝ dx = v dt

➝ dx = (3t²) dt

Integrating on both sides, we get

➝ x = 3t³/3

x = t³

Hence, position of particle from origin after t seconds is x = t³

Position of particle after 2s :

⇒ x = t³

⇒ x = 2³

x = 8m
