According to the equations of motion
s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}
s = 0 \times 4 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 5 \times  {4}^{2}
s = 40
So distance=40m

a = 5ms {}^{ - 2}   \\ t = 4sec \\ u = 0  \\ s =   ut +  \frac{1}{2} at {}^{2}  \\ s = 0 + \frac{1}{2} \times   5 \times  {4}^{2}  \\ s =   \frac{1}{2}  \times 5 \times 16 \\ s = 5 \times 8 = 40m
Hope its helps u
