in 1st situation the object is starting from a initial velocity of 0 it consist of uniform acceleration

in 2nd situation the object is already in motion and now retardation is taking place it consist of non uniform retardation

in 3rd situation the object is already in motion and because of which it's initial velocity is not 0 it consists of uniform acceleration

in 4th situation the body is retarding and it an example of non uniform retardation
