We know that V^2 = U^2 + 2as

Since initially particle was at rest u=0

Hence equation becomes V^2 = 2 a s

Or V = √2 a s

It's a parabola symmetric about 's' axis

Hey mate.....

here's your answer......

By using the third equation of motion...

v^2 + u^2 = 2as...

As the question describes very clearly that the particles starts from rest .. Hence initial velocity i.e
u = 0....

Thus v^2 = 2 as

v = √2as

Hope it helps ⭐
