A particle starts from rest with a constant 1
acceleration. At a timet second, the speed is found
to be 100 m/s and one second later the speed
becomes 150 m/s. Find (a) the acceleration and
(b) the distance treavelled during the (t + 1 yoh second.

Answer:

let's take acceleration -x

time- t

a= v/t

x= 100/t

t= 100/x----------------(1)

NOW at t+1 time

a= 150/t+1

X= 150/t+1

t+1= 150/x----------------(2)

eq (2)/(1)

from (2)&(1)

t+1/t= 150*x/x*100

(t+1)10= 15t

10=5t

t= 2sec

now put the value of t in eq(2)

X=150/2+1

X= 50m/sec^2

velocity= distance(s)/ time

at t+1

150= s/3

s= 150*3= 450 m
