Explanation:

u= 2m/s

a= -0.1m/s²

s=18m

v=?

then,

v²-u²=2as

v²=2as+u²

v²=2*(-0.1)*15+2²

v²=-3+4

v=1m/s

and time is

v=u+at

t=v-u/a

t=1-2/(-0.1)

t=10second
