A particle starts with an initial velocity of 10 m/s and moves with a uniform acceleration it attains a velocity of 30 m/s in 5 sec .Then find the time taken by the particle from here onwards to acquire a velocity of 60 m/s​

by Newton's first equation

v=u+at

a= v-u/t

(30-10/5 =20/5=4m/s)

now let the time taken to reach60m/s= T

u=30m/s

v=60m/s

a=4m/s

t=v-u/a

60-30/4= 30/4= 7.5sec
