Average Velocity is zero since total displacement is zero .

For average speed calculate total time

 =  \frac{d}{v1}  +  \frac{d}{v2} =  d\frac{v1 + v2}{v1  v2}   \\

Average speed

 \frac{total \:  \: distance}{time}  =  \frac{2d}{d\frac{v1 + v2}{v1  v2} }  = \frac{2v1v2}{v1 + v2}
