  • a = average velocity
  • v = final velocity
  • v⁰ = starting velocity
  • t = time elapsed

so your formula is :

a = v - v⁰ / 2

a= 15-10 /2

a = 5/2

a = 2.5 m/s

so your average velocity is 2.5 m/s
