A particles is moving in a circle of diameter 5m . Calculate the distance covered and the displacement when it completes 3 revolutions. ​

Answer:

actually the circular no displacement so displacement will be zero and it covers three Revolution so still also the river the revolution and the displacement remains to be zero

Given ,

Diameter of the particle = 5m

Radius = 5/2 = 2.5m

Distance covered in one revolution = circumference of the circular path

= 2πr or πd

= 3.14 × 5 m

= 15.7m

Distance in 3 revolution = 15.7m × 3

= 47.1m
