GIVEN,

A gets a flat fee of 25,000 - 15% of sales from B, B sells 12,00,000 in 12 months.

TO FIND,

total amount owned by companies A and B.

SOLUTION,

for company A,

flat fee for 12 months will be= 25,000x 12 = 3,00,000.

for company B,

total sells= 12,00,000

each month= 1200000/12= 1,00,000.

therefore for each moth B gives 15% of sales jointly,

each month = 100000 of \frac{15}{100}

                    = 15,000.

therefore for 12 months the amount becomes= 15,000x 12

                                                                           = 1,80,000.

Therefore total amount by companies A and B= 3,00,000+ 1,80,000.

                                                                                    = 4,80,000.

HENCE TOTAL AMOUNT BY COMPANIE A AND B IS ₹4,80,000.
