A passenger in a car moving in circle feels outward force a passenger in a satellite moving in circular orbit does not why

because the passenger in the car and passenger in satellite not only passengers

but also passengers!!!!!!!!!!!

An outward force is felt as a result of centrifugal force acting on a body and this centrifugal force acts only as a reaction to centripetal force
While in a car, there is centripetal force due to gravity and hence an outward (centrifugal) force as it's reaction..
But in a satellite in space due to no gravity there is no centripetal force and hence no outward force
