Explanation:

False

When you toss the coin from your hand since you are sitting in the moving train the coin also moving with the same speed with respect to ground.

So when you throw it up it has two velocities one in verticle direction which you can easily observe and one in horizontal direction which you can't observe since you also have the same velocity.

So the coin will not fall back it will fall on your hand.

Moving with a constant speed: When the passenger in a train moving with a constant speed tosses a coin, the coin will fall back to the spot where it was tossed from as if the train was stationary. Because the coin is also moving with constant speed along with the train.
