The answer is 290m/s

The point to be understood here is window is like a point particle which has no length of it's own so the relative distance traveled will be equal to the length of the second train

V relative = 20 + 9 = 29m/s

S relative = 29 ×10 = 290m

L1 +l2 = 290

As l1 = 0 as the window is like a point this length of l2= 290m
