The speed of the goods train is V = 32 Km/s

Step-by-step explanation:

Speed of train = 80 km/h

Time of passenger train leaving the station =  6 hours

Time of goods train to over take it  = 4 hours

Total time taken = 6 +4 = 10 hours

Distance = same

Speed x time = Constant

80 x 4 = V ( 6 + 4)

320 = v x 10

V = 320 / 10

V = 32 Km/s

Hence the speed of the goods train is V = 32 Km/s
