answer is 120 km per hour.
distance travelled by passenger train within 6 hour is given by 6 × 80 that is 480 km.
in order to overtake the passenger train by goods train in 4 hours, it should travel at a speed of 120 km per hour ( 480 ÷4)

let the speed of goods train = X
then, distance covered in 6 hours = 6 x

distance covered by Passenger train in 4 hours
has it overtake the goods train in 4 hours
= 80 x 4
= 320 km.

the passenger train running at a speed of 80 km / h overtake it in 4 hours.
that means it covers the same distance that is covered by the goods train in 6 hours.

so,

6 x = 320
X = 320 / 6
X = 53.33 km / h
