Area of plot = 40 * 35 = 1400 m²
Area of Plot including Path = ( 40 + 2.5 + 2.5) * (35 + 2.5 + 2.5)
= 45 * 40
= 1800 m²
Area of Path = 1800 m² - 1400 m² = 400 m²
Money needed for Leveling it at rupees 150. 60 per meter square.
= 400 * 115.60
= 46240 Rs
