area of the path=area of the total Park-area of the park which is not occupied by the path.

radius of the park=9 m

width of the park=3 m

radius of the park excluding the path=6m

area of the path= pi×9×9- pi×6×6

area of the path=pi (81-36)

area of the path=pi (45)

area of the path=3.14×45

area of the path=141.3 m^2

Answer:

198.00 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of the path= Area of whole park(with the path) - Area of park

=Area of whole park(with the path)=>

22/7 ×12×12. (r=9+3=12cm)

=3168/7 = 452.57 m²

Area of park = 22/7×9×9. (r=9)

= 1782/7 = 254.57 m²

Therefore, Area of the path=

452.57-254.57

=198.00 m²
