Path= 4m
Area of square = ( side×side)
100×100
10000m
Area of path=area of square ×path
10000×4
=40000m

area of whole park=100*100
                                  =10000m²
area of inner square=100-8=92
=92*92
=8464m²
area of path=area of whole park-area of inner square
                           =10000-8464
=1536m²
