it's easy we need to find the cost of cementing that means area now a square path having side 100m and a path beside that that means path also has side of 100 m so l*b 5*100*4 is equals to 2000 m now cost is 100 rs per 10 m sq. so 1 m will have 10 rs and we have 2000 sq. m cost is equals to 20,000 rs

Answer:

AREA OF PARK=100*100=10000m²

AREA OF PATH=(100*5+100*5)-5*5

                          =1000-25=1975m²

COST OF CEMENTING PARK=( 1975*100)/10=Rs.19750
