if width laid on inside square feild it becomes 2 m small and the side of square becomes 15m

then area of square a x a

15 x 15= 225sq.m

cost of flooring path = 225 x 1.25

225 x 125/100 = 225 x 5/4 = 1125/4

= Rs 281.25

Answer:

Area of square ABCD=17×17 m^2

=289 m^2

area of square EFGH =15×15 m^2

=225 m^2

Area of path =(area of ABCD - area of EFGH)

= (289 - 225)m^2

= 64m^2

if cost of 1 m^2= ₹ 1.25

so, cost of 64m^2= ₹ 64×1.25

= ₹80
