Answer:

For this question we have to take the LCD of 3 4 &6

By taking the LCM

3 4 6=12

So after 12 hrs he'll take all three medicines at the same time after 12 hrs

I. e., at 9pm / 2100 hrs

Answer:

at 3 oclock

Step-by-step explanation:

pill a is required once every 3 ours so he can take it in 3 hours but pill b can only be taken once every 4 hours.

if he is to take both in 4 hours pill c won't be able to be taken as it requires 6 hours.

so he I'll be required to wait 6 hours and take all 3 at the same time.

so 6 hours from 9 o clock is 3 o clock

so he can take all the 3 medicines at the same time at 3 o clock.
