Diameter = 7 cm
Radius , r = 7 / 2 cm
Height , h = 4 cm

Quantity of soup in 1 bowl = Volume of one cylindrical bowl
                                          = πr²h
                                          = 22 / 7 × [7 / 2] ² × 4
                                          = 154 cm³

Quantity of soup prepared in 250 bowls = 250 × 154
                                                                = 38500 cm³
                                                                =  38.5 litres      [ 1 cm³ = 0.001 litres]
