Step-by-step explanation:

length = 17.5cm

breadth = 9cm

height = 2cm

volume of pencil

= l × b × h

= (17.5 × 9 × 2)cm^3

= 315cm^3

Now,

length of cartoon = 45cm

breadth of cartoon = 25cm

height of cartoon = 21cm

Volume of cartoon

= (45 × 25 × 21)cm^3

= 23,625cm^3

no. of pencil take the space of 315cm^3 = 1

no. of pencil take the space of 1 cm^3 = 1/315

no. of pencil take the space of 23,625cm^3

= 1/315×23,625

= 75

therefore,

no. of pencil packed in the cartoon = 75
