Time period = no. Of oscillations /time

T = 20/5 = 4 sec

Freq = 1/time period

Freq = 1/4 =0.25Hz

= 20/5

=10 Hz

Time period is the time taken to complete one oscillation. It is also inverse of frequency .

= Time period = 1/10

= 0.15

therefore frequency = 10 Hz

time period = 0.1 second
