at point A and c energies are same as they are extreme positions

at point B energy is different ,it is mean position

Energy at mean position (B)

P.E=0

K.E is max

K.E=1/2mω^2A

where;

m=mass of Bob

ω=angular velocity

A=amplitude

total energy =P.E+K.E

=0+1/2mω^2A

=1/2mω^2A

Energy at extreme positions (A and C)

P.E is max

P.E=1/2mω^2A

K.E=0

total energy =P.E+K.E

=1/2mω^2A+0

=1/2mω^2A

you can see that energy is conserved
