Time period is defined as the time taken to complete one oscillation.

In the question, we have been given that pendulum oscillates 90 times in 6 seconds.

i.e Time taken to complete 90 oscillation = 6 seconds

Then, time taken to complete 1 oscillation = 6 / 90 = 0.067 s

So, Time period of pendulum is 0.067 seconds.

Frequency is defined number of oscillations per second.

and, Frequency = 1 / time period

or, Frequency = 1  / 0.067

or, Frequency = 14.99 ≈ 15 Hz
