when the time taken for 20 oscillation is 32 s then time taken for one oscillation is total no of oscillation divided by total time taken for given no of oscillation. therefore the answer for this question is 20÷32=0.625 . the frequency of the pendulum is
1 ÷ 0.625=1.6
1 ÷ 0.625=1.6
