A performa invoice is not same as that of invoice sent by a seller to a buyer. What is the difference between these two invoices and what is the purpose of performa invoice?​

Proforma invoice is the preliminary bill of sale.

lt is send by the seller to buyer. It contains limited detail about the sale of goods like price weightage. But the invoice contains all details about the sale.
