Heya!!!!

Given:

velocity of A w. r.t.Ground = 60 m/s

velocity of B w. r.t.Ground = 40 m/s

So,

velocity of B w. r.t.A

= velocity of B w. r.t.Ground - velocity of A w. r.t.Ground

= 40 - 60

= -20 m/s

Hope it helps uh!
