Given - Speed, time

Find - Speed with less time

Solution - Firstly finding the distance using given information by the formula -

Speed = distance÷time

Distance = speed × time

Distance = 72×10

Performing multiplication to find the distance between the journey

Distance= 720 kilometres

Now, finding the average using same formula -

Speed = 720÷8

Performing division to find the speed to reach in 8 hours to the journey

Speed = 90 kilometres

Hence, the speed of person should be 90 kilometres/hour
