Let consider Rs P was borrowed at 10% per annum, and Rs( 15000-P)  12% per annum.

According the question :-

[{(P × 2.1/2 ×10)}÷ 100]  +[{ ( 15000 - P) × 2.1/2 ×12} ÷100] = 4050

⇒[ (P×\frac{5}{2} × 10) ÷ 100 ] + [ { ( 15000 - P) ×\frac{5}{2} × 12} ÷ 100] = 4050

⇒ 25P + 450000 - 30P = 4050 × 100

⇒450000 - 5P = 405000

⇒450000 - 405000= 5P

∴P = 45000 ÷5 = 9000

Hence the person borrowed Rs9000.

Ans :-  The person borrowed Rs9000  at each rate.
