Assuming the place of work is at the same height that of the start point, there will e no change in in potential energy. If the there is no change in the kinetic energy of the bucketfrom start to end, the work done is zero. So, the overall work done by the person is equal to zero as no energy has been transferred.

hope it helps u.....✌✌

\huge\mathrm{Hey!}

Work done is said to be zero when force applied to the body is in perpendicular direction.

And also,when Force of gravity acts in the vertical downward direction and the distance covered by the force is in horizontal direction.
