Work done =mgh
=20*10*4
=800 joules
Power =work done /time taken
=800/10
=80 watt

Work = Change in Potential energy
= mg (h2 - h1)
= 20 kg × 9.8 m/s² × (4 m - 0 m)
= 784 Joule

Power = Work / Time
= 784 Joule / 10 s
= 78.4 Watt
