A person carrying a load of 20 kg climbs 4m in 10 seconds calculate the work done and his power g=10m/s2

Given,
Weight=m×g
=20×10
=200N (force)

time=10 secs

Displacement =4m

So we know,
Work done=Force ×displacement
=200×4
=800 joule

and Power=Work done/time
=800/10
=80 watt
