A person carrying a load of 20kg climbs 4m in 10 seconds. Calculate the work done and his power (g=10m/s square)

Here is your answer,

Mass = 20kg

Height = 4m

Gravity = 10m/sec

Now Work done = mgh = 20×4 × 10= 800 joules.

Now the energy = 800 joules

Time = 10 seconds

Power= energy / time = 800/10 = 80W
