Work Done is MgH then 20 x 10 x 4 = 800 J and Power is 800/10 = 80w

Mass(m)=20 kg,Displacement(s)=4 m,Time(t)=10 s,Acceleration due to gravity(g)=10 m/s²
Work=Force×displacement
=mgs    (F=mg)
=20×10×4=800 J
Power=Work/Time=800/10=80 W
