solution :-

given in question.

mass ( m) = 30 kg

height (h) = 72 m

g = 9.8 {ms}^{ - 2}

when the person climbing the tower work done against the gravity. since work done = potential energy .

work done = mass × gravity× height

then

w = 30× 9.8 × 72

w = 2160× 9.8

w = 21168j

m=30kg
g=9.8m/s^2
f=mg
f=30*9.8
f=294N
so the work done by body
W=f*d
W=294*72
W=21168J
the work done by the body is 21168J
