total distance traveled by person =2(2*π*r)

where r is the radius of circular track

so total distance=2*2*3.14*30 meter

speed = distance/time

time =20 min= 20*60 sec

so velocity e= (2*2*3.14*30)/(20*30)= 0.628 m/s
