The formula that will be used is

Average speed = total distance / total time

• First, we will find out the individual time

Speed = distance/ time

time = distance / speed

t₁ = $\frac{150}{50}$

   = 3 hour

t₂ = $\frac{150}{75}$

   = 2 hour

• Total distance = 150 + 150

                               = 300 km

        Total time = 3 + 2

                         = 5 hour

Average speed = $\frac{300}{5}$

                            = 60 km/h

The average speed for the total distance covered​ will be 60 km/h
