 \huge \boxed{ \fcolorbox{cyan}{red}{Answer : }}

 \sf{Time = 40/60 hr}

 \sf{ \frac{2}{3}} \: hr

 \sf{Speed = 45 kmph}

 \rm{distance =  \frac{speed}{time}}

 \sf{45 \times  \frac{2}{3}}

 \sf{30 \: km}

 \rm{Time \:  of \:  journey = 30m}

 \sf{ =  \frac{30}{60}}

 \sf{ =  \frac{1}{2}  \: hr}

 \rm \red{Speed = Distance/Time}

 \sf{30 \times  \frac{1}{2}}

 \sf{= 15kmph}
