Solution :-
Given ratio
Son : Daughter : Daughter
2 : 1 : 1
Share of only son = Rs. 60000
It is clear that the share of the only son is exactly equal to the joint share of the two daughters. And, it is also clear that each daughter is getting share exactly half of which the only son is getting.
So, share of each daughter = 60000*1/2
= Rs. 30000
So, the total value of the property = 60000 + 30000 + 30000
= Rs. 120000
Hence, the total value of the property is Rs. 120000
