time of reaction :- time interval between a driver and person see need to apply to break and apply it .
during time of reaction car continued with its original velocity .
so,
x = Vt
t = x/V
t = 5/(20) = 1/4 = 0.25sec
[ Note :- 72 km/h = 72×5/18 = 20m/s ]
