A person falling on cemented floor gets injured but a person falling on a heap of sand is not injured.why?

➡️Cemented floor being Hard affects the person to be injured while sand being not too hard and the particles are distributed , that's why when a person falls on sandy soil does not gets injured !

When a person falls on heap of sand her/his kinetic energy is absorbed by sand but in case of cemented floor the kinetic energy is directly converted to potential energy causing pain to the person.
